COP30 Presidency Announces Consultations on Roadmaps

Parties, observers, and stakeholders can submit contributions until April 10

Update — Deadline Extended to 10 April 2026

In response to requests for additional time and in line with the COP30 Presidency’s commitment to an inclusive and participatory process, the deadline for submitting contributions to the two COP30 Presidency Roadmaps has been extended to 10 April 2026. This is a final extension, and no further adjustments are foreseen. Contributions remain entirely voluntary, and the COP30 Presidency encourages the broadest possible range of inputs from Parties, observers, and stakeholders.

  1. COP30 Presidency Roadmap for Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels in a Just, Orderly and Equitable Manner (paragraph 28.d/GST1)

  2. COP 30 Presidency Roadmap for Halting and Reversing Deforestation and Forest Degradation by 2030 (paragraphs 33 and 34/GST1)

Contributions can be submitted by Parties, observers, and other stakeholders by April 10 to the following emails:

COP30-TAFF-Roadmap@unfccc.int and 

COP30-Forest-Roadmap@unfccc.int, respectively.
