A central part of implementing the Action Agenda, the Granary of Solutions is a dynamic repository of climate action, developed jointly by the COP30 Presidency and the UN Climate High-Level Champions team. It brings together existing solutions and helps accelerate and scale up impact in alignment with the Global Stocktake (GST) and the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Built on hundreds of initiatives and coalitions launched since COP21 in Paris, the platform features concrete actions and instructive case studies designed to drive progress for people, the climate, and the global economy.

The platform showcases a wide range of initiatives already driving change — from weather information systems co-created with local communities, to private-sector innovations in marine biofuels for cleaner shipping, to subnational government actions that combine conservation, restoration, and sustainable production. Together, these examples showcase practical solutions that deliver real-world results.

Under the guidance of the COP30 Presidency, proposals gathered by Activation Groups are selected based on clarity of information, thematic alignment, measurable impact, and potential for scale. This ensures the platform remains a trusted source to accelerate global climate action.

The COP30 Presidency invites governments, businesses, philanthropies, communities, and civil society to contribute climate solutions. Initiatives already engaged in an Activation Group can add new solutions and case studies to the Action Agenda. Those not yet involved can submit proposals through the this form.
