COP30 will have an official logistics partner operating in restricted areas, offering services such as:

• Global freight forwarding
• Customs clearance, import, and re-export
• Delivery to the venue
• Storage and inventory management
• Handling and storage during the event
• Provision of packaging materials and security labeling

A guide will be made available with details on the transportation of shipments from abroad, descriptions of the services provided, and applicable fees. More information will be available soon.
