Crucial information for visitors, delegations, and foreign dignitaries

About the Temporary Admission Procedure

This allows the importation of goods that will remain in Brasil for a limited time with the suspension of tax payments based on legal provisions in Normative Instruction RFB No. 1600 dated December 14, 2015.

It includes automatic special treatment for heads of state, diplomats, and official delegations, who benefit from full tax payment suspension, facilitated entry, and priority disembarkation. The regime is valid for the duration of the mission, and the goods must leave with the delegation.

  • Medical and scientific instruments.
