This channel was specially designed to receive feedback, such as suggestions, compliments, complaints, complaints or requests, always with respect for their voice and commitment to transparency and integrity.

If, during COP30, you wish to submit a report related to the event, know that there is an official ombudsperson channel at your disposal.

The Brazilian Government, through the Office of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU), created this space to receive manifestations (or feedback), ensuring safe, accessible and qualified service throughout the event.

This is an ombudsperson channel linked to the Integrated Platform for Ombudsperson and Access to Information - Fala.BR, the official system of the Brazilian Government for receiving manifestations from society.

Ombudsperson manifestations registered through an electronic form will be forwarded to the CGU's Sectoral Ombudsperson’s Office, responsible for registration on the Fala.BR Platform and screening in accordance with the rules of the federal public administration.

These are legitimate ways to exercise your rights and contribute to the improvement of public services. Here you can register:

Claim: A demonstration of dissatisfaction regarding the provision of public service and the conduct of public agents in the provision and supervision of this service related to COP30;

Complaint: An act that indicates the practice of irregularity or illegality, related to COP30, whose solution depends on the action of the competent investigative bodies;

Praise: A demonstration of recognition or satisfaction with the public service offered or the service received during COP30;

Suggestion: The presentation of an idea or formulation of a proposal to improve public services provided, for the realization of COP30, by agencies and entities of the federal public administration;

Request: A request for the adoption of measures, related to COP30, by federal public administration bodies and entities.

If you wish to submit a manifestation:

Choose the language of your choice (Portuguese, English, French or Spanish) and fill out the electronic form;

Your manifestation will be received by the CGU's Sectorial Ombudsperson Office team;

The information will be registered in Fala.BR, the official ombudsperson system of the federal government;

Your manifestation will be analyzed and, if necessary, forwarded to the responsible body or sector for action;

If you provide an email, you will receive a response within the legal deadline (up to 30 days, extendable once upon justification, according to Law No. 13,460/2017).

Can I submit a manifestation even without being in person at COP30?

Yes, the channel is open to all people interested in the themes of the event.

Will I receive a response to my manifestation?

Yes, if you have indicated an email for contact.

What is the deadline for response?

The deadline for response is up to 30 days, extendable only once for an equal period, according to Article 16 of Law No. 13,460 of June 26, 2017.

Does this channel replace the Customer Service (SAC) or the service of the COP organization?

No. This is an independent ombudsperson channel, focusing on receiving claims about public services, complaints of irregularities, suggestions for improving policies and praise for good practices. For logistical or service information, consult the official channels of the event organization.
