Media Access and Workspace Requests for COP30

Media organizations wishing to cover COP30 may now submit applications to reserve spaces in the Media Center.

The Media Center will be a temporary facility housing an International Broadcast Centre (IBC) for television and radio networks, as well as dedicated areas for news agencies and photographers. Access will be granted only to accredited representatives.

All requests must be submitted through the UNFCCC and are subject to space limitations. The Media Center will operate 24 hours a day and will provide approximately 300 open workstations for the press, 20 stand-up positions, and 120 open-plan workstations for television and radio installations.

A limited number of studio spaces will also be available. Broadcasters planning to bring their own uplink services must include this information in their application.

All requests for the facilities described must be submitted using the online reservation form. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, 30 September 2025.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the information in the Expression of Interest (Manifestação de Interesse) before completing the online form.

It is important to review the information in the Expression of Interest document before submitting applications through the form.
