COP30: Check out maps and access routes to Parque da Cidade
Participants and delegations can now access the available maps and mobility information for the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference COP30

As the conference approaches, attendees can access maps detailing the routes to the event venue. The transportation strategy developed for Belém, Pará, will facilitate easy access to Parque da Cidade, the conference venue where discussions on the future of global climate governance will take place.
Exclusive transportation for the Blue Zone
Participants of the Blue Zone will have access to an exclusive transportation system consisting of 15 bus lines. A total of 250 buses will operate these routes to Parque da Cidade—40 of which are electric, and the rest equipped with Euro 6 low-emission technology. Delegations staying aboard the MSC Seaview and Costa Diadema cruise ships will also be served by this mobility plan.
Bus stops are exclusive and clearly marked with totems or wind banners. The system will operate 24 hours a day from November 1 to 23, and access will be granted upon presentation of a Blue Zone badge or a UNFCCC authorization letter.
In areas not covered by the exclusive buses, Belém’s regular municipal bus lines may also be used. The nearest drop-off point to Parque da Cidade is located on Almirante Barroso Avenue.
Access to Parque da Cidade
For security and mobility reasons, some roads leading to Parque da Cidade will have checkpoints and restricted access. Therefore, participants using taxis or ride-hailing services may only board or disembark on Visconde de Inhaúma and Rômulo Maiorana avenues.
There will be no parking available at the conference venue. For private vehicles (cars, buses, or vans), boarding and disembarking will take place on Duque de Caxias Avenue. This area will be designated exclusively for boarding and disembarking—no parking or waiting will be allowed.
Sustainable transportation
Belém offers an extensive network of bike lanes and cycling paths around the event area. Participants staying nearby are strongly encouraged to use sustainable transport options, such as bicycles and electric scooters, to reach the venue.
