Press Badge Pickup for the Belém Climate Summit

Accreditation Center now open for collection of approved press badges for the Belém Climate Summit

Journalists with approved accreditation for the Belém Climate Summit can now pick up their press badges at the event’s Accreditation Center, located on Avenida Brigadeiro Protásio, at the main entrance to the Belém Climate Summit.

The center is dedicated exclusively to distributing badges; no new accreditations will be processed on site. Badge collection must be done in person and requires presentation of the documents listed in the Belém Climate Summit Press Guide, available.

The guide also provides detailed information about the Accreditation Center’s opening hours, security instructions, and logistical recommendations for media professionals covering the event.

For security and logistical reasons, Avenida Brigadeiro Protásio has been closed to vehicle traffic since yesterday. However, pedestrian access to the Accreditation Center remains open and clearly marked.

Organizers recommend that journalists be dropped off in front of the Hangar – Convention Center of the Amazon, located at the corner of Avenida Doutor Freitas and Avenida Brigadeiro Protásio, and walk along Brigadeiro Protásio to the main entrance of the Belém Climate Summit.

Early badge collection is essential to ensure smooth entry and efficient coverage of the official activities of the Summit, which will bring together leaders, experts, and civil society representatives to discuss the climate future of the Amazon and the planet.
